For the Balocco Panettone with Raspberries and Gianduia Chocolate, whole raspberries from Agrimontana were selected and slowly candied in a syrup of water and sugars, with only lemon juice added, free of colorants and artificial flavors. The candied raspberries add a fruity and sweet touch to the panettone, perfectly complementing the creaminess of the Gianduia chocolate drops.
