Our story began in 1912, in a little tavern with a shop in the centre of Modena run by Elena Monari, where in addition to other groceries she sold the Balsamic Vinegar family produced.

After more than a century, our name has become an institution in the world of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, but we have never moved away from our land, where we cultivate over 100 hectares of vineyards to offer you a delicious product, as we like it.
